GOURMET COOKING GETAWAYS
  • Gather your friends to practise your culinary skills under the direction of Specialty Chef, Tracey J. Williams.  
  • It’s easy to see when Hospitality is in one’s blood. Tracey’s career experiences from the late 1970’s include working at Harvey Nichols, the famous department store where she cooked for Princess Diana and the Queen; Riverwood’s Catering, a 5 star Thames River cruise company; Syon House Restaurant in trendy Nottinghill; and for Lord and Lady Dudley as their live-in Chef.
  • Travel and work in Europe, the Middle East, Canada and the USA, for 3 years preceded her return to Australia.  In Melbourne she worked at the Menzies at Rialto, Melbourne Hilton Hotel and Da Roberto’s Italian Restaurant.  Tracey followed these experiences working in Sydney as the Executive Chef at The Criterion Restaurant at the MLC and various Blue Chip Companies overseeing Catering Opertions and Staff.  
  • Her style is as eclectic as it is diverse, however her passions are pasta, sauces and creating an atmosphere with food that guests will talk about for some time to come.
  • Tracey has  purchased an orchard, is developing a food manufacturing business and is a Training and Development Consultant.
